The Studio

Sugar Turtle Studio is a cozy, colorful creative space in Somerville, MA. It’s a calm corner of the world filled with pen cups, stickers, paper scraps, and imaginary friends quietly rooting for you.

We gather here for workshops, meetups, and small moments of creative play.

Everyone is welcome. No experience required.

Meet Tom

I’m an illustrator and storyteller.

But I wasn't always. I left a stable corporate job to build Sugar Turtle Studio because creativity (and the access it gave me to myself) changed my life.

I don't take rules or expectations very seriously, but I do take people seriously. Not the boring, polished surface, but the glittery gold nuggets hiding underneath.
