Join Tom of Sugar Turtle Studio as we combine art journaling techniques with traditional journaling techniques to search for ourselves. We will approach the practice from a low-stakes, light-hearted place, but don't let that fool you that there isn't a lot of depth to plumb with these exercises. "Art" skills are not required.
